1. Processing Times

We know you're keen to get your gear out on the trails.

• Standard Items: Orders for stocked items (like beanies and standard apparel) are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Custom Orders: Because our custom accessories and personalized gear are made to order, please allow [5–10] business days for custom fabrication and production before shipping.

Note: If you order a mix of standard and custom items, they will be shipped together once the custom items are ready, unless requested otherwise.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post from Victoria.

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations [e.g., New Zealand, USA, UK]. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note: International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are responsibility of the customer.

This website is operated by Capped Out. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Capped Out. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

When you order custom or personalized gear from us:

• You confirm that any text, logos, or graphics you supply for your design do not infringe on anyone else's copyright or trademark.

• We reserve the right to refuse orders containing text or graphics that are offensive, defamatory, or violate copyright laws.

• We retain the intellectual property rights to the custom engineering and design files created by Capped Out, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Accuracy of Product Displays

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our physical components and apparel as accurately as possible on screen. However, because computer monitors and phone screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will perfectly match the physical product.

4. Pricing and Corrections

All prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST (where applicable). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price, providing a full refund.

5. Limitation of Liability & Equipment Use

Our custom mountain bike accessories are designed for specific outdoor and athletic uses. While we manufacture our products to high standards, action sports like mountain biking carry inherent risks of injury or equipment damage. Capped Out is not liable for any direct or indirect injury, loss, or damage to person or property resulting from the misuse, incorrect installation, or failure of our products beyond your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
